Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to keep customers well-informed about the procedures and options available. This policy is applicable only in India.

Return

Customers have the option to return products within 7 days of delivery and can request a replacement if they meet the eligibility criteria.

Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges for items ordered incorrectly by the customer. Furthermore, we cannot ensure that the colors displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate. Variations in brightness, contrast, or resolution on your screen may result in slight differences in color from the actual product. 

Returns are not accepted if the customer has ordered the wrong item.

Eligibility for Product Refund

Products are eligible for return under certain criteria:

• Product Missing: If any items are missing from your order, you can initiate a return and request a refund. Alternatively, you can ask for the missing item to be sent instead of receiving a refund.

• Defective Product: If your order includes a defective or damaged product, please reach out to our support team with a photo or unboxing video as evidence. We will either process your refund or send a replacement upon request.

• Original Package Return: To return a product, make sure the package is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. The product must be returned exactly as it was delivered.

• Denial of Parcel Delivery: If the customer refuses the parcel after it has been dispatched, a refund will be issued, deducting twice the original shipping charges and 5% of the product value as a package fee.

Refunds can only be processed if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt and invoice. The refund process will begin only after we receive the product.

Cancellation Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction and permit order cancellations for various reasons. Please review this policy carefully before proceeding with a cancellation:

• Orders categorized under Same Day Delivery cannot be canceled.

• Cancellations are not permitted once the product has been shipped and is out for delivery.

• Certain limited-time offers and promotional products are also not eligible for cancellation.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order or before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
